Social Media/Marketing Coordinator

Skills & Qualifications:

·         Strong understanding of social media marketing and strategy at brand level - Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, YELP

·         Experience managing, building on, and creating social media campaigns or brands preferred

·         Versed in social media content management and digital content management

·         Demonstrable written and visual (design) communication skills as related to social/digital marketing

·         Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage timelines

·         Takes direction well, pays attention to details & executes in a timely fashion

·         Knowledge of Canva, Unfold and Adobe Suite are a plus 

·         Ability to film and create short-form video content (stories, reels, etc.) 

·         Leadership skills and the ability to drive improvement within the business with marketing strategies

·         Excellent organizational and planning skills 

·         Ability to be creative and innovative when creating marketing plans and marketing materials 

·         Driven, motivated, and able to take the initiative 

Strong customer service orientation 


Responsibilities & Duties

·         Collaborate with the Management Team and owners to create and implement marketing plans and strategies including a monthly content calendar, a regular social media posting schedule and email campaigns

·         Generate engaging content including stories, images, videos, graphics and more to regularly share on all channels

·         Responsible for all branded material from design to print (brochures, promotional gift shop items, wine labels, etc) ensuring that all digital and printed information is presented uniformly and accurately representing the winery's image

·         Responds to all messages and customer service issues posted to myriad social media channels

·         Keeps abreast of all social media trends/tools to improve customer experience/involvement and develop a strategy to drive sales

·         Uses analytics to track public engagement with online applications and expand our audience

·         Build relationships with community partners and vendors to develop cross-marketing and increase exposure

·         Maintain website, write newsletters, blog, and update all web industry listings
